Our commitment

Profectus Professional Solutions, LLC ("PPS," "we," "us") is a healthcare quality, risk, compliance, legal nurse consulting, and education firm. We hold ourselves to the same standards of confidentiality and data stewardship that we help our clients meet, and this policy explains what information we collect through this website and in the course of our work, how we use it, and the commitments we make about it.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us: your name, organization, title, and contact details when you call, text, or email us, request the Cost of Poor Quality Calculator or other materials, inquire about the VBP Exposure Diagnostic, enroll in a course, apply to join our consultant network, or engage us for services. We do not harvest information about you from other sources for marketing purposes.

How we use it

We use the information we collect for internal purposes only: to respond to your inquiry, to communicate with you as a potential or current client about our services, to deliver the work you engage us for, and to administer course enrollment. Communication and outreach are handled by our own team; your information is used by PPS, inside PPS, for the purpose you gave it to us.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise distribute personal information to anyone, for any purpose. Your information does not leave PPS hands unless doing so is part of the contracted scope of work on an engagement you have retained us for, and then only as that engagement requires. We never transfer personal information to third parties for their own use, and we never will.

Prospective clients

If you contact us or we reach out to you and no engagement follows, the only information we keep is the basic contact information our own team uses for outreach, and it is kept no longer than that purpose requires. Prospective client information is never shared outside PPS.

Client engagements

Information we receive in the course of a client engagement, including any patient or organizational information encountered in quality, risk, compliance, or legal nurse consulting work, is governed by the engagement agreement, any applicable business associate or confidentiality agreement, and applicable law. It is used solely to perform the engaged work and is handled, retained, and returned or destroyed as the engagement terms require.

Payments

If you pay for a course or service online, your payment is processed by our payment processor on its secure platform. PPS does not receive or store your full card details.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. Our hosting provider may generate routine server logs, such as visited pages and IP addresses, which we use only for security and site operation.

Security and retention

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to the information we hold, limit access to the people who need it for the purposes above, and keep it only as long as those purposes require or the law obligates us to.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to correct your contact information, to stop outreach, or to delete the information we hold about you outside of an active engagement or a legal retention requirement. Email progress@profectusps.com or call or text 315-308-1466 and we will honor the request promptly.

Fraud prevention

Profectus will never call you to ask for credit card information. Payment information is collected only by Bob Santamoor or Sandy Santamoor, and only in connection with an engagement or enrollment you initiated. We will never contact you on behalf of a regulator, a payer, or any other organization to request payment on their behalf. If you receive a call, email, invoice, or any other communication in our name that appears fraudulent, alert your own IT, Compliance, or Risk department right away and report the concern to us immediately at compliance@profectusps.com or 315-244-2061.

Protected health information

Do not send protected health information in a service request or inquiry, ever. This website and our general email addresses are not channels for patient information. PHI is exchanged only within an active engagement, under the appropriate agreements, and through the secure channels established for that engagement, and anything sent outside those channels will be deleted.

Children

Our website and services are intended for professionals and organizations, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
